Girl Scout season is here. It's always a sad time of the year for me; but not this year. I've create a gluten-free and vegan version of the classic thin mint, that just happens to also be raw, paleo and refined sugar-free. I also think they taste better than the real thing, but what do I know—I haven't eaten one in over 10 years.
